SkyWord is a text and numeric messaging service
that displays messages on a palm-sized unit.
Messages of up to 240 characters may be sent to a
subscriber. The pricing for the SkyWord service is
dependent on the coverage options selected.
SkyWord Access Software
SkyTel’s exclusive SkyWord Access Software is
available free of charge with your unit. Messages
are sent via modem and an IBM-compatible PC or
Macintosh computer.
OPERATOR DISPATCH SERVICE
Subscribers may have their alphanumeric messages
conveniently sent to them via our operator dispatch
service. The enrollment fee is $5.00 per PIN. Each
message sent results in an additional $0.65 dispatch
charge.

SkyTalk is a regional, nationwide and international
toll-free voice mail system. When teamed with
SkyTel’s pagers, it alerts you to voice mail
messages received.
